| Q. Does the course need to be completed all at once, or may users ‘bookmark’ their progress and complete the training over a period of time? |
A. An employee can access it anytime day or night. In addition, when they return, the last presentation is bookmarked. |
| Q. Does the employee receive a Certificate of Completion? |
A. Once the employee completes the requirements, a Certificate of Completion is generated and the employee can save it, print it or email it. It contains the date, the employee name, course name and certificate number. Sample certificate |
| Q. Is there a way to track the employees’ progress as they take the course? Or to receive alerts for employees who need to be re-trained (when the time comes)? |
A. A report can be generated consists of whether the employee has accessed the course and how long they've been in the course. The certificate is the result of completion. Once purchased, the employee name goes into the master schedule and you will receive alerts when it is time to retest. |

A. Employers can choose to include an exam if they wish. Chrome Zebra supplies the exam and will customize if needed. |
