Rhonda founded Chrome Zebra, Inc., an online course design and development company, which specializes in translating text-based curriculum into online, interactive learning modules.  Her areas of expertise includes: effective learning design; adult learning theory, certification, human resource, productivity courseware; and effective, SCORM-compliant assessment design. 

She earned her Masters of Arts in Educational Administration.  She is a Certified Internet Webmaster Subject Matter Expert and designs certification assessments for Prosoft Learning™ Corporation and PrepLogic™.  She is also employed as an Instructional Design Consultant to Mt. San Jacinto College and Riverside County Office of Education, and is an authorized Harassment and Discrimination Prevention Trainer.

Patricia James Hanz, Senior Course Developer

Patricia received her Masters' Degree in Instructional Design for Online Learning at Cappella University and has taught interactive media courses online at Mt. San Jacinto College since 1999.  She has served on many state-wide technology committees within the community college system and provides a creative but practical approach to course design and development.

She has been teaching teachers and students how to incorporate technology tools into the learning process since 1982.  Her teaching experience spans grade levels from kindergarten through college.

Marney is the Senior Instructional Designer and Curriculum Developer for Colorado Teaching, Learning and Technology, located in Denver, Colorado.  She holds a Master of Arts in Information and Learning Technologies from the University of Colorado at Denver and a Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education from the University of Nebraska.

ClicKnowledge, a writing and consulting company, was founded in 2000 by Jason Helfenbaum. This company has worked with numerous Fortune 500 clients, including RBC and Wal-Mart, and numerous start-up companies to provide a range of products and services, ranging from manuals, business plans, and marketing content, to web sites and e-learning solutions. The owner is a graduate of the University of Toronto in Literature and Film and of Centennial College in writing for multimedia; Jason enjoys the challenge of engaging in different writing styles and forms of communication including creative and scriptwriting.
